Club Model
We follow a European academy model. Zalmi FC contracts highly skilled players with potential in the San Antonio area and in the 2009 age group to grow and develop them until they turn 18. Once the group turns 18, we plan to establish a senior semi-pro/professional team and create a pathway all the way to professional soccer. Players may also leave for a transfer fee/release fee if they are scouted by an interested academy. You can view a list of our College/Academy commitments here.
